Had a nice view from upper floor of the ocean. Problem was on a Saturday night at 1:30 am a loud party ensued with a pounding bass. Called the desk who said they would "try to find where the noise was coming from" but it continued for an hour. Our room also was next to a service closet that made tapping sounds. The staff during the day was nice and helpful, but this was a winter stay, can't imagine how loud it would be in the summer.

I am writing to request a full refund for my recent stay. Throughout the entire night—and even still going off when I left the next morning—the security alarm in the main building was sounding nonstop. The noise made it nearly impossible to sleep, and I barely rested at all. I sent a message to the hotel during the night to report the issue, but no one responded. The lack of communication, combined with the ongoing alarm, made the situation extremely frustrating and unacceptable for a Marriott property. Given the severe disturbance, lack of rest, and absence of support from the staff, I am requesting a full refund for this stay. Please address this matter promptly.

There are not a lot of on site snack options. Especially for someone who prefers no sugar. The wifi was out for my entire stay and I could only watch one channel. Overall still a great place for a woman traveling alone.
