Booked a Garden Deluxe Ground Floor room Ground floor is actually below the basement No elevator to the floor. No luggage cart offered Takes a good 7 minutes to go from room to lobby. They sell pool passes to virtually everybody so pool is very crowded and they host many events that curtail access to rooftop area. And you can’t get in the pool without a wristband was not told that at check in So everyday you want the pool you have to go to the front desk…Rooms are old and shabby Shower head well below 6ft and pressure so bad felt like I was showering with a garden hose. Not worth the big money they charge

Our room was located in the basement, clean but smelled musty. Had to walk down a huge flight of stairs with our luggage no elevator to the basement. Make sure not to book one of these rooms. Ask for the main building
