The property was a bit rundown. There was an odor on my whole floor not just my room. The lining of the pool was not attached to the pool.

It’s right at the beach which makes it convenient. The hotel itself needs some work but the staff is so kind & friendly they go out of their way to make everything right. For the price you should not have to request a Frig or pay for parking. Maintenance had to come because our tub wasn’t working. But again the staff was Amazing in trying to help in any possible way. You can clearly tell it’s not their fault or problem it’s on the higher ups. They just do what they are asked to do. So for that I commend them.

I like how close to beach we were. VERY UNHAPPY THAT I PAID MORE FIR DELUXE PARTIAL OCEAN VIEW & GIT STANDARD SIZE ROOM & NO VIEW. HOTEL SHOULD GIVE BEACH PASSES FOR ME RESIDENCE

I had paid extra for an Ocean View Room. Unfortunately we got to the room and saw there was no view. Ron at the front desk immediately worked to help us out. He moved us to a room with two huge windows with a full view of the Atlantic Ocean. Thank you Ron!!
