"This home is in a great location in Cape Coral. Traci is a great host and very responsive in communicating with us.We spent time in the hot tub, pool , screened porch, and the dock area. There are so many things to do here that I can only list a few. Went kayaking and fishing in the canal, bike riding, beach walking, sunset cruising, visited Sanibel Island, played pickleball, went waterfront dining, etc etc. We would love to come back next year."

"The property is stunning. The bedrooms are a nice size. The great room with kitchen/island, sectional/TV, dining area, and breakfast nook gave us plenty of room to hang out, play games, work puzzles, and enjoy meals. The property also included a beautiful pool nice outdoor grill and lounge area by the pool/grill. Everything looked fresh and new. We also took advantage of the workout area and ping pong table in the garage. The host was very responsive to questions/feedback and wanted to make our stay enjoyable. He quickly responded to messages in the VRBO app and even called a couple of times to follow up. We appreciated this level of attentiveness. The house is located in a nice neighborhood with streets that are easy to walk/run if looking for that type of exercise. "

"Nice property - we encountered a few maintenance issues and they were generally well handled. The pool was great and having the canal in the back yard provided entertainment watching manatees, turtles and fish. The layout is perfect. New floors look great. The master room mattress was very uncomfortable. We purchased a topper which helped greatly. The outdoor grill was not working properly and was not repaired while we were there. "
