"First, the disappointment in $20 parking fee hidden on hotels.com app under drop down listing.Had already paid $45 to park at Kings Island that day. The hotel appeared over booked beyond capacity, not a chance for restful stay or to enjoy amenities while there. 1 tiny kid size light weight throw per bunk bed and 1 thin worn fuzzy blanket for pull out sofa -requested more but they never came. Guests on our floor and floor above were obnoxiously loud and inconsiderate majority of night letting kids/teenagers run and slam doors back and forth between rooms for over an hour. If you’re looking for a place to relax, enjoy some vacation time and sleep peacefully this is not it - this place is for people looking to set their kids loose without supervision and check out on parenting."

"Starting off we were assigned a room the staff was still in cleaning. They were flustered and rushed to complete. There was hair throughout the bathroom. The breakfast was not good. Hot items weren’t very hot and the coffee is just hot black water that tastes awful. Witness the breakfast attendant yell at a guest at breakfast when she accidentally dropped her eggs at the buffet. Did not offer to help her clean up, threw his hands in the air yelled “What is wrong with you!” And walked away. Very rude and unprofessional. Location to Kings Island is the only positive for this hotel. The beds are lumpy and uncomfortable and the noise of the hallway comes right through. My room door was a struggle to lock and I had to lift the door to get it to close all the way. Very disappointing stay overall."

"I’m so grateful I found this hotel, for a 4-nite stay during a golf tournament. Breakfast was really fresh, good choices, even a good latte machine! Room was nice, tv great, big comfy bed and sheets, easy parking, good location. Highly recommend!! Way better than any other “budget” hotel!"
