"Loved, Loved, Loved this property! Host was absolutely spectacular in all regards….from the listing accuracy and completeness to communication to readiness for the stay zero issues! Cleanliness wow, have stayed in VRBOs many times in many locations and this location one of best ever, every inch of the space clean and immaculate! Lastly great planning for the guest, “extra towels in the dresser in bedroom 2”, just one example…on and on could go but bottom line is if could have rated higher would have gladly done so!!"

"The hosts were very welcoming and were readily available if we had needed. House was in good shape physically. Only gripe is you can tell the house has been smoked in pretty heavily in the past. While it was cleaned off the walls pretty well, you can definitely see staining in the carpets and can smell it throughout the house."

"It was my first time in Dayton, so I wasn’t familiar with the city. Initially, I was a bit concerned when I arrived, but after spending three days there, I realized the entire city looked pretty much the same. I felt completely comfortable. The neighborhood mainly consisted of families and was very quiet, making me feel safe. The apartment was clean and recently remodeled. The host was very helpful and responsive, and I appreciated that no high fees were associated. The only thing I think is important to mention is that there are several steep stairs you must go up to enter; it was a little challenging, but we managed. "
