They allowed an early check in and a late check out because we were from out of town and knew we had flown a red eye in. It was the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time "

"My partner and I had a great stay at Hotel Gurnee. We stayed at the property for one night while on a roadtrip. The hotel itself is modern with a stunning lobby and a large, well-lit parking lot. The staff at the property were very kind. When checking in, we asked the woman assisting us for the best places to get deep dish pizza in the area and her recommendations were spot on. The room we were provided was clean and spacious. I would recommend staying at Hotel Gurnee for a comfortable stay if you're in the area!"

"Solid one day stay as a traveling point, the included breakfast was decent, the room was okay, some of the decor was wore down a bit and the couch wasn’t very comfy, the bed was decent."
