Parking and convenient. The check in clerk rude and she acted like l was an inconvenience to her. The AC did not work. The house phone didn't work. We particially had to beg for clean sheets and towels because you have to request that your room to be cleaned.

They need to check some of their guests to take advantage of having 100 people in one room they need to check there guest at the pool to be respectful to the other guests there shouldn't be a big pool party like we're in Vegas and don't be scared it's your business check them people.

Apparently the property has a large smoking problem, so be prepared they will charge you $100 per room upon check in as a precaution. You are supposed to get that back if the cleaning crew sign off after you leave. This was never disclosed up front. The rooms were “ok”, several broken parts on the walls, tv stand, etc. Our tv had a bad picture and a big red line running down the center of the screen. After brushing teeth it took about 45 min for the sink to drain. The AC didn’t work properly, had to borrow a fan from a family member. The floor and elevator are constantly covered in water from people coming from the pool. Several undesirable characters milling about the hotel. The keys for rooms loose the magnetic charge easily, happened to both keys. Went to get it reset and there was no one at the desk for about 30 min. Multiple people waiting to check in during that time. Could not find an employee anywhere. Overall not impressed and would not stay again. Only positive the area around the hotel has a lot of things to do and places to eat that were nice.

We were there for a girl's shopping retreat for two nights. We stayed on the 3rd floor. And there were dogs on the floor barking constantly all night our first night. When we called down, they offered to move us but we were already in our PJs at 9pm. Terrible first night!

I like the convenience location close to cracker barrel and other restaurants pool stayed open 8am to 10pm overall convenient place to swing although don't have secured wifi and can't use USB or HDMI on TV's unless you get or buy a Samsung remote

The property was good ,some minor upkeep could be done to the rooms to make them look better but overall was good. staff was nice , breakfast was good and coffee was delicious. Breakfast area was kept very clean . Pool is a little small and there was a lot of rambunctious teens in the evening throwing each other around and jumping in too close to the smaller kids . Weren’t able to enjoy the pool due to this issue .
