Overall a ok stay room was clean and simple but the main hallways are a dirty mess with old bunched up carpets. The most disappointing was the smashed thermostat that couldn't be read anymore. Breafast was good and beds were comfortable.

Did not have a bath in hotel room like it said. Staff would tell me different things about late checkout. Microwave was dirty. Got a late checkout at 3 pm, but someone still tried to come clean our room at 1:30 pm with the do not disturb sign on door. Would not stay here again. Also, horrible potholes when you turn into the parking lot.

I always have a pleasant stay here in Waukegan Gurnee. The rooms are clean and the beds are cozy. The breakfast has healthy options and nice and hot. Love this hotel. I use it every time I travel here.

Due to an injury, I was unable to make the trip but I called ahead to make sure my husband could still check in. He was there fo a concert and mentioned the room was nice with a big bathroom and the bed was comfortable.
