Welcome to The Sequoia Gateway! Our spacious 5 bedroom 3 bathroom 2-story home is located in a safe, highly desirable, and new build neighborhood in Visalia, CA. We are conveniently located 35 miles to Sequoia National Park, 55 miles to Kings Canyon National Park, and a 2 hr drive to Yosemite. Downtown, shopping and restaurants are just minutes away. Our amenity rich house features 5 HDTVs with Roku, fast Wifi, a fully stocked kitchen, games, a gas grill and EV charging available (adtl fee).

Our family friendly home is a 5/3 that has all the amenities to make this your home away from home. Kick back, grab a coffee, or tea, or decaf, or whatever floats your boat while you enjoy the 85" HDTV in the living room. You can stream your own personal Netflix (chilling is optional but recommended), HBO, Disney+, Hulu, and many more channels without the hassle of having to sign out when you leave.

If watching TV isn't your cup of tea, gather around the table to enjoy our variety of board games.

Want to get outside for some fresh air? Lounge in our seating area, cook up some food on our gas bbq grill, and engage in some friendly competition with our outdoor lawn games - Giant Connect 4, Giant Jenga, and Corn Hole Toss.

Our bedrooms feature 1 King (Purple Mattress) and 4 queens (Casper memory foam mattresses) all with fully encased mattresses and pillows so our beds are allergy friendly. Every bedroom also has black out curtains for a restful night's sleep. Four of the bedrooms have 65" HDTVs equipped with Roku. The 5th bedroom on the ground floor has a writing desk. We have 2 queen air mattresses available upon request.

- 85" High Definition TV equipped with a Roku so you can enjoy your own personal streaming services without the hassle of forgetting to log out at the end of your stay.
- Roomy sectional and couch with plenty of seating in the living room. Each couch can sleep 1 person.
- Selection of board games and books for your enjoyment.

Dining Room
- Our dining table seats 6 and is open to the kitchen and living room providing a great place with plenty of seating for the whole group to gather for a meal or to enjoy our selection of board games.
