Front staff was very nice and helpful. Room was ready on time but the water pressure in the sink was terrible and very low. The shower was fine but shower head put out a high pitch shrill, to the point I turned off the water and started again, to get rid of it. Also had no hot water on Sunday morning. Disappointed. Property def needs a remodel and is very dated

The entire stay at Hotel Piccadilly was lovely! The staff was helpful and kind, the breakfast buffet was bountiful and delicious, the atmosphere was classy and inviting, and the room and amenities were super comfortable! Your hotel is very nice; both the rooms and the grounds are very impressive, and I like very much the location on Shaw Ave. because it is very convenient to much of Fresno.
