Wonderful Experience

The property was very clean and well kept. Communication with the owner was easy and always pleasant. Amenities were all in working order and we had no issues. We appreciated the 2 stall garage; we were able to park both of our larger SUVs inside. We also appreciated the close proximity of the trash bin, as well as the ease of being able to back large vehicles out of the property.

Can't say enough great things!

Can’t say enough great things about this home! Beautiful woodwork, great layout, high ceilings, beautiful views, great amenities, lots of seating for large groups, cozy fireplaces (2), pool table and bar area, large hot tub, great deck with chairs and grill. Three of the 4 bedrooms have their own attached bathroom and king bed. The 4th bedroom has a queen bed and access to the upstairs bathroom (or, they can use the separate bathroom in the lower level). Lots of parking – 2 car garage, with 2 car spots on the drive apron. The view of the slopes at Winter park was great! The Location is really nice. Just minutes from everything in Fraser and Winter Park. Just about 10 minute drive from Winter Park Ski Resort and 20 minute drive from Granby Ranch Ski Resort. We cooked a couple meals and felt we had all the supplies needed for that! Lots of towels for the baths and the hot tub! We really enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it for anything traveling with a big family or group of friends!

The most amazing house!!

I've stayed in a lot of VRBOs, and this one may just be the best. Everything was clean and orderly, labeled well with instructions. The layout of the house was exceptional for our 3 families traveling together as we each had a floor to ourselves to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, the hot tub was clean and in working order, there were extra snow toys and such in the garage - and more! Not to mention the host was responsive and sweet - thank you for allowing us to use your home! We had such a magical trip - my florida kids were in heaven in all that snow :-)

Beautiful 3 story cabin

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin the week leading up to New Years. Communication with Cassie was easy and she was very quick to respond. The cabin is three levels however you can enjoy most of the cabins features on the main level without having to go up and down stairs once inside. There are beautiful windows along the south facing walls on all three levels. Cassie also provided an abundance of towels, blankets and pillows. The cabin also has very large bedrooms and lots of additional space to store luggage without feeling cramped. Main Floor: kitchen/dining area, main living room with fireplace and TV, garage access, front door access, balcony access, washer/dryer in mud room with shelving, half bath, king bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Top Floor: king bedroom, queen bedroom, a daybed with trundle in an open/loft area and a shared bathroom for this level. Lower Floor: king bedroom with en-suite, secondary living area with fireplace and TV, pool table, hot tub access, additional full bathroom. We would absolutely recommend this cabin and hope to visit again!

Wedding destination

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! It was immaculately clean and very warm and inviting! Worked out beautifully having so many bedrooms and bathrooms and 3 floors! We had our daughter and her bridesmaids have their hair and makeup done here and it worked out so well! We will definitely stay here again! The host is so kind and very quickly responded to any questions! Fabulous experience!

Absolutely perfect!

We were so lucky to have found this home to rent for our family vacation! It was perfect for our group of 7 (3 couples and one kid). Everyone had their own space and privacy with bedrooms on 3 different floors, and there was lots of room where we could gather to play games, play pool, cook, eat, visit and relax. Everything is provided in the kitchen and bathrooms that you could possibly need, and there are lots of high quality towels! The pictures online make the kitchen look like it might be on the small side, but it actually is plenty roomy for multiple people to move around each other. Two of the bedrooms have their own full bath, the 2 upstairs rooms share a bath, but there is also a half bath near the garage and an extra full bath in the basement! The furniture is all VERY COMFORTABLE, and the house is decorated beautifully and is in excellent condition. The sectional on the main floor has 3 seats that recline. The coffee table can be easily rolled over to one side or another. All 4 beds (3 King and 1 Queen) were also very comfortable, and the bedding was extremely high quality. The dining table is large and sturdy, easily seating 8 people. The hot tub was spacious and very clean, with a very nice atmosphere & surroundings. Extra towels are provided for the hot tub! The 2-car garage with openers made it very nice coming and going. The view from the Great Room is amazing! It overlooks the mountain and you can see some of the ski trails. Two of the bedrooms have that same view, and the others have a nice view as well. The location is very convenient. It is 4 minutes to Safeway, and a short drive to the Winter Park ski area, and many good restaurants. A notebook is provided which includes tips and requests about the house, as well as lots of tips on restaurants and activities available in the area. Last, but not least, Cassie was very quick to respond to any questions and was very friendly! They go out of their way to make it a pleasant experience, and it was!!

Such a clean and beautiful home.

We arrived to an amazingly clean and beautiful home. There was plenty of room for my husband, me, my 3 adult kids and 2 grand kids. It had all we could ask for, as my husband and I love the hot tub and the others loved challenging each other at a game of pool. The owners are super easy to communicate with, very kind and accommodating. We always do our best at taking care of the homes we stay in, but the kindness these owners showed us made us want to do the little extras.

Gorgeous home with tons of space for everyone!

We had an incredible stay at this property! The home is beautiful and very spacious which is just what we were looking for for our group which included my family (husband + 2 little ones), and my in-laws (brother, sister and grandparents). The downstairs is a fantastic space for playing pool, hanging out, watching movies or going in the hot tub! The main floor living room had tons of seating so our whole group could hang out comfortably together around the fire. The house was very well supplied with towels, pillows, spices, etc everything we needed! And Cassie (owner) was SO kind, organized and communicative throughout the stay. The home is just a couple minutes drive to a major grocery store and other retail, restaurants, Colorado Adventure Park, and more. We also skied in Winter Park a few days which was a 10-15min drive but extremely easy and did not feel far at all. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great home away from home in Fraser/Winter Park!

Wonderful experience

I really can't say enough good things about this property! Our group of nine had a wonderful time staying here. The house was in a convenient location for our trip (skiing at Winter Park Resort), it was clean and well-stocked, and the check-in process was easy. Cassie was also a wonderful host and very responsive to my messages. Everyone was so complimentary of the house during our entire trip. Mountain Escape

Awesome mountain getaway for a ski trip

This was the perfect mountain house that exceeded our expectations for a weekend getaway. The house has a great set-up with its open kitchen, dining room table (for eating and games), comfy couch and TV viewing area, and amazing views of the mountains. While you have neighbors nearby, we felt like we had the right amount of privacy. The location was excellent as we had people skiing, snowshoeing, and doing various day trips that were close by, and it is minutes from Fraser for all the essentials you would need. All the bedrooms are great and offer privacy from others. The parking situation was perfect with a two-car garage and two additional spaces in the driveway. Great room as you walk in from the garage to store skiing gear. And we loved the hot tub! Overall, one of the better places we've stayed in the mountains for a friends weekend. I would highly recommend it to others.

Great Family Home

Great house for a big family. Everything you need to cook for the big family is in the kitchen. So many towels, blankets, very clean, great view, plenty of seating, fun basement, great beds. Felt like you were staying in a real home not a rental property.

Family Fun in Fraser

We had a wonderful family birthday celebration at this beautiful home in Fraser. The location is easy to find and access in a quiet neighborhood north of the downtown area. The home is beautifully decorated and maintained with plenty of room for a large group. Views of the mountains are incredible and the hot tub provides a private retreat for relaxing. The kitchen is really well equipped and wonderful for cooking. This is one of the nicest homes we have ever stayed in and Cassie the host is fabulous to work with. We will definitely return.

Great Time in Fraser

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property. From the moment we walked in it felt like home. The lighted Christmas tree and decorations made it that more special. We got lots o snow so were inside for a couple of days but we enjoyed ourselves playing pool, doing puzzles, playing games and of course hanging in the hot tub. The beds were so comfy we all slept great and the fire places were a nice place to sit around and gather. All in all a great trip I would definitely do again and definitely at no other property. Cassie was a wonderful host if we needed any ideas on places to go or things to do and just if we had overall questions. Great Host!

Fantastic house

Fabulous house! All the amenities you could need, loaded with clean towels and kitchen supplies. Lots of spices and condiments for cooking in stock as well. Cassie the owner is super kind and helpful, reachable by cell if any questions during the stay. Worked great for our 2 families and grandparent. Tons of space, great hot tub too.

Wonderful!

Beautiful house in great location. One of the best stocked kitchen’s of all the VRBO’s I’ve stayed in. The owner was very responsive to any and all of our needs. The only negative I might say is the wood stairs are slick and you have to be cautious going up and down them.
