"We had a comfortable room with 2 beds on the ground floor - very clean inside but the patio area hadn’t been swept There was an indirect pool but room keys/fobs didn’t open it and we needed to get a staff member to let us in They did say it was a fault which they were trying to sort out but we weren’t told in advance when checking in and there were no towels at the pool (though we were subsequently told we could pick them up from reception) there was a decent bar area which looked quite north European, and a shop at reception to pick up essentials and treats at prices you’d expect from a hotel. A good woodland based hotel on the outskirts of Mansfield and a $25 cab ride to the Gillette. Extensive parking but a little harder to get to/.from by foot or public transport - about 25/30 mins walk from the nearest station. Overall not a bad option if you are seeing a game/.event at Foxboro stadium"

"Wonderful old school hotel. lovely grounds - area a bit run down but that's not the hotels fault. Only saw one little old lady working the 2 days we were there- super friendly - they had hot coffee in the morning but no food. The room was not old fashion I am happy to say with a big TV, a mini fridge and the best bed I have slept in for a while. I would stay there again!"

"The room was super clean, the staff was really friendly, they went out of their way to make sure that my boyfriend got his ID back after he dropped it. Finding your room can be a little confusing. We didn’t try the breakfast but there was plenty of places nearby for you to try."
