The house is also less than 10 minutes to downtown and all the other wonderful Providence attractionsThe house was very neat and tidy when we arrived and it was nice to have parking spots behind the house so we did not need to park on the street. "This unit was ideal for the last leg of my east coast trip. Host was responsive, unit was private, and cost was very reasonable for the area considering the amenities. I was able to walk to many places nearby. I didn’t do laundry during my stay so I can’t review that, but the bathroom and kitchen provided were more than adequate. The ceiling slant and shower were just tall enough for me and I’m 5’10, so be mindful if you are on the taller side. However, the listing was very clear about it being a top floor unit, so this was not a surprise or downside. Also because it is on the top floor, it can get warmer than the rest of the building pretty quickly on a hot day, but the window unit along with wall unit kept the sleeping area nice and cool. Overall, my stay here was integral to my first visit to the ocean state!"
