I liked the style of the property, but it was not user friendly. The sink was rectangle shaped and you could not lean over it to brush your teeth without bumping your head on the mirror. The full length mirror was placed behind the sliding barn door to the bathroom, so that had to be closed if you wanted to look. There was no fridge. The woman who greeted us at the front desk was NOT friendly and would not let me check in an hour early unless I paid an additional $50. I would not recommend this hotel.

Beautiful place,great location, my only concern was the glass wall around the outdoor deck, the supports underneath need reinforcing and could be a major liability for you folks. Thank you

I loved the unique loft atmosphere and look. What I wasn't happy with was the fact that our remote only had one battery and it took about 15 minutes to get someone to bring another and their towel service didn't show up on time and we had only one towel to share in our room.

I get up several times during the night and a fierce light went on in our room for about 20 seconds but sufficient to wake my girlfriend who is very displeased by that but otherwise a good stay

The reservation was misleading. I was supposed to have 2 beds and there was only one. My sister and I had to share a bed. My brother was told there was a sleeper sofa for his daughter and there was none. The three of them had to sleep in one bed. Also the shower was see through and you could see the person showering from the bed room. I checked out early!

Paid in advance for 2 rooms, and card was inadvertently charged for 1 room upon check in. Reversing of charges was difficult. 2 rooms that were reserved were on different floors of hotel. One room had a leak in the sink. Reported leak, but wasn't fixed. Made the room musty and humid. Restuarant breakfast had worst oatmeal I've ever had. Also saw a mouse in the bar on Friday evening.
