The staff was excellent. The rooms were clean. The pool was the only thing that seemed to be dirty. We were the first ones in the pool in the am and there was a bandaid and a huge ball of hair at the bottom of the pool. There was also hair all around on the floor.

I was driving in traffic and didn't catch her name but it was Thursday, March 13 around 3ish maybe. Wish I had spoken with Ryan for some creativity. A memory we will never forget! If you stay at a hotel staying at the suites here is the way to go! Much more room to spread out. The only frustration was the key card system. We kept getting locked out of our room because the card needed to be reset. The breakfast included wasnt that great either.

This property is OK but I won’t stay here again for two particular reasons. First, I reserved a room with a King bed which I did not receive at check in. Second, a parking fee to park at this hotel is absurd. It’s not Providence where parking is a premium and they valet your car. A parking fee for a hotel in the middle of an industrial park is a rip off.

Staff was pleasant. Hot tub was luke warm, and jets did not work properly. No hot water in my room! When you're naked, waiting for a hot shower, it really is inconvenient. Took a warmish shower, not happily. Breakfast was ok. Nothing was hot. Guests above me were running around all night. Will not be returning.
