Airport shuttle came within minutes to pick us up from the airport, very pleasant person, he also Worked the front desk. He made sure that we were satisfied with our room, staff in general were very nice people

My flight was cancelled so could not physically get to the hotel. Called as soon as I got the news but was not refunded. The situation was completely out of my control- unfortunately the hotel refused to give me my money back.

We staid 2 nights for a business trip as a party of 3. The room smelled very musty. The pull out couch had dirty/stained sheets and was unmade. Even if the mattress linens were fresh, the mattress was nothing but springs and fabric…much too uncomfortable to sleep on. I ended up sleeping on the actual couch Instead. The walls were very thin and we were woken up multiple times throughout the evening. Overall, I feel this hotel was quite overpriced considering the condition and our experience.

Property was nice, room looked to be clean, but I ended up with a few bug bites in the morning on my arms by the time I left, staying just 1 night. Unless there are other reviews with the same experience, I would take this as a one-off situation. Outside of that, it was a solid stay.
