This hotel was AWFUL. I don’t know how it got an average rating of “good” on Travelocity. The whole hotel smells bad but our room smelled like actual piss and we actually had to open a window to be able to stand it in there. There were drunk guys fighting outside our window. The bedside lamp did not work at all so there was not enough light. The only reason we stayed was that it was midnight when we got in and we weren’t sure where else to go at that hour.

If you need a quiet place to stay this will do just fine. Each room has a kitchenette with a full fridge and stove so you could make food if needed. Across the street from the mall so there are shopping and dining options. The included breakfast is just coffee and granola bars so don't expect a buffet breakfast.

Good area (really close to a Raising Cane's and the climbing gym, great parking). Super kind staff. Smell was not great in the hallways, but the room itself was good. Biggest complaint is the water -- very hard to get hot water and it would switch between warm and freezing randomly.

We checked in, were given card keys to a room that was occupied. Went back to the front desk, explained the situation and the lady at the front was surprised, but didn’t even apologize. Gave us a new room and unfortunately one of the key cards we’re not working, sighhhhh. Go in the room and noticed hair all over the bed, stains on the carpet and remote wasn’t working. The walls are thin and the rooms are run down. Never again!

I recently stayed at an Extended Stay America property and, regrettably, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon entering my room, I was immediately struck by a pervasive onion odor, smell of food and the bathroom was plagued by a distinct mildew smell. The common areas were no better; both the hallways and the front lobby were filled with the unmistakable scent of marijuana, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere especially when traveling with little children. To compound these issues, the front desk attendant was notably unfriendly, which only added to the negative experience. Due to these numerous concerns, I found it impossible to extend my stay beyond a single night.
