This was my first time staying at a Hyatt. I loved the room size and setting, and the staff were friendly. However, there was essentially no service. During check-in, I was told there would be housekeeping the next day, but it never happened. We also didn’t have any towels in the room and had to request them. Even after waiting over two hours, no one brought them, so I ended up going to the lobby to get them myself. I understand this may be due to staffing shortages, but I wanted to share my experience.
