Nice

This a nice condo. We enjoyed the location, the balcony and the comfortable living area. The kitchen is well stocked and the pool area was good too. The unit is very full of the owner's belongings. The bedside table still had their personal effects, the oven was full of pots, cleaning supplies had to be left in the open as closets were full and I couldn't find sheets for the pullout sofa. A few simple changes would make this an excellent place.

Excellent Rental

My daughter and I (from Canada) needed a place to stay for a visit to southern Florida involving a cancer care situation re: my elderly parents who live there. This apartment was a perfect place to decompress each day after lengthy visits with family. It felt like home with all the amenities. Conveniently, half a block away was the grocery store. And the daily walk to the beach (4 blocks due east) for a refreshing swim created a mindset of optimism to face healthcare duties and decisions. We are very grateful that it was so effortless to book and stay in this apartment. We will rent this place, again, if/when we return.
