I have never stayed at a Tru before but will again! Lots of amenities, clean and well maintained. Friendly staff, easy parking, great hotel!

Its a new facility and already there are signs of decay and poor workmanship in the construction: shower door that leaks onto the floor, fake wood veneer peeling from furnature, hotel telephones not working, electric outlets not installed level. Breakfast was nice. Staff was cordial and helpfull. Most outrageous was a $75 pet fee. If that doesn't change, my next review will be from a Raddison stay.

The hotel’s location right off I-95 is incredibly convenient for travelers. Upon arrival, we were impressed by the property’s modern and immaculate condition. The complimentary water bottles were a thoughtful gesture that made us feel welcomed. However, our early departure at 5:30 AM posed a challenge. Although we were eager to grab a quick bite from the breakfast bar, we were informed that it wasn’t open yet. It would be great if the hotel could consider offering some light snacks for guests who need to leave before breakfast hours. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, and these small improvements could enhance the experience even further!

Great Hotel

This was a 1-night stop on the way home from the Keys. The hotel appears to be very new, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff provided us with water bottles and a snack at check-in. A full hot breakfast was included as well as 24-hour coffee/tea. We had a good dinner at the Ruby Tuesdays just down the road. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next trip.

Because i booked with third-party they wouldn't refund the room. The people were nice and helpful, but the rooms were small and clearly designed to fit as many as possible into the building envelope. While the price was somewhat cheaper than nearby choices it was not enough to offset the reduced comfort and atmosphere. I would tend to pay 10% more for a 25% boost in quality experience.
