"To start, the pool was not open when we arrived and that was the main reason for choosing this location. The elevator was broken and we were on the 3rd floor, got to the room and it was super outdated and smelly. We did not have an ice bucket in the room, amd the ice machine was not working. We had coffee in the room with no coffee maker. We then went to use the vending machine later in the night and that was also out of order. For the price i paid, that was one of the worst hotel experiences i have ever had. I feel like that deserves some money back."

"The light in the bathroom was both broken casting only a dark orange light. You could not see to shave or do makeup. Upon turning on the shower spray would be onto the floor owing to the fact that the shower head was not tightly attached to the pipe. We immediately advise the front desk of the light issue and the leak. They advised that no repair could be made until the next day. The next morning the person at the front desk was unaware of our complaint and filed a new complaint on our behalf and indicated it repaired that day. It was not. The next morning we again asked for a repair. No repairs or corrections were prior to our departure of a 3-day visit. the next day. The next day we asked for a repair and they assured it would be done. Despite the inconvenience to us, they made no provision and offered a simple " I'm sorry ." The response was disingenuous at best. In addition, upon our rival we found old food in the refrigerator. On Saturday evening other guests were having an outdoor party and the parking lot that involved loud music between 10:30 and 11:00 at night. The person at the desk refused taking a corrective action. Our stay was far less than satisfactory. The hotel offered no adjustment for our inconveniences."

"Stayed over night for a trip to Six Flags Darien Lake. Room was clean, check in was easy, they has a decent breakfast, I did not get to eat but they had good coffee and mini muffins. Easy parking."

"Large king bedded room with easy chair and ottoman. The bathroom was large with a walk-in shower. The free breakfast was a “full” breakfast with eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, fruit and pastries. So much better than a limited service hotel with small rooms and questionable breakfast. And, priced lower than the typical “name brand” select service hotels on highway exits. Enjoyed my stay!"
