Check-in was fast and easy, all directions from the host were very helpful and easy to understand. The apartment was really nice and looked just like the photos! Perfect for my one-night stay in Des Moines.

This stay was one of the worst- especially for using Vrbo for the first time.We had ceiling leaks in four different areas of the apartment. When we messaged the host- they stated they would reach out to maintenance and get back to me.The entire weekend- I didn't hear from the host or anyone to fix the leaks. Vrbo asked if I stayed there or elsewhere? Clearly I already paid for a place- I couldnt just afford to get a different room.Awful. Would not recommend

Overall, it was a good stay and great value. Walls are thin and could hear neighbors dog. Had an obnoxious individual trying to get into the building which made for an ominous start. Also no parking pass left for us.
