My place seems run down. My room was dirty, with grass clippings all over the carpets. The staff, was... suspicious. I did not feel safe staying there.

When I went to check in, there was no reservation for me. I had to find another hotel to stay at. I was still charged for this hotel room through travelocity. Is there a way I could be reimbursed for this?

Dirty rooms

The 1st room we got had dirty socks under the blankets. The sheets and pillow cases were full of hair. Totally nasty!!!! Then the clerks answer was do you want me to go and clean them now. We said no its 2:14 am. So then she said well I think I can give you another room. We said okay she gives us the key. We open the door look around and what do we find dirty plastic forks on the dresser. Wow I go back down and she tells me to talk to the desk clerk in the,morning and maybe she would be able to refund us money. The next morning I went down to talk to her and all she said was she was sorry and that she had talked to the cleaning supervisor that's it no refund of any sort. It is what it is. Sorry. Well no more business from us for any places with Quality Inn name. Very disappointed!!! Would not recommend to anyone.

Comfort but Strong Smell

Pros: The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good. We would have like some fruit in the morning.
Cons: The smells in the rooms, no refrig or microwave
Location: Location was ok for us. We were approx. 10 min from our family.
We stayed there for 3 nights. The room was very comfortable esp the beds. However, the 1st room they put us in was supposed to be a non smoking room. But is smelled like smoke that was they tried to cover up with air fresheners. With asthma & allergies, we couldn't stay in that room. They put us in another room that didn't smell like smoke but the cleaners they use are very strong. We aired it out & left the fan going our whole stay. Also, we would liked a refrig & microwave. We went to the front desk to use the computer so we could print out our boarding passes but their printer didn't work. The lady that was working that evening wanted us to give her our log in & password to our emails so she could print from her computer & printer. I couldn't to that. So, she shut down the computer to restart it thinking that the printer would work but then it needed a password to log in & she didn't know it. Crazy. We wouldn't stay there again.

Great

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet
Was out of the room for most of my 3 day stay, but a nice place. Huge stain on rug in front of bed my only complaint.no noise issues with the interstate though.

Not up to par

The staff was helpful and kind, the beds were comfortable, and I appreciated the early breakfast and pool hours. Its location was very convenient to I-80. However, I'm not sure I would not stay there again as the bathroom smelled of urine (we were given Febreeze to make it smell a bit better), and the bottom of pool and hot tub were in need of cleaning. I noticed they allow pets without any extra deposit or agreement, so perhaps that's why the bathroom smelled of urine from a previous guest?

Wonderful Stay

I had to have my son at summer camp by 8:00 a.m., so rather than leave by 5 a.m., I opted to get a hotel the night before and brought all of my children with me, ages 2,4,7,9. I found the staff to be helpful, and pleasant. I was very pleased.
