Dirty sheets , dirty tub , dirty toilet. Called the office multiple times for towels and sheets they never answered I had to go down stairs to actually get sheets and towels , the pools are cloudy like they haven’t been cleaned in a while the only thing good about this hotel is the price and how close it is to most things. Also paying to park is crazy at a hotel like this

We'll never repeat this again. You'd think Sheraton and under Marriott this hotel would be a good option but it wasn't. Service was terrible we asked them many times to clean the room and change our towels

Hotel was average . The price was good but we did have a few let downs with the room . One of the light lamps in the room did not work , the shower was semi clogged , so your feet were in a puddle of water while you are showering and there was a small amount of blood . They did change it but not when we told them to. We had to call them twice . Other than that it was okay
