"We really appreciated the open prairie setting, with views of the sunrises over the mountains to the east and sunsets over the mountains in the west. The western decor of the rooms is very well done, and the entire suite is comfortable. Both bedrooms are roomy, and the bathroom is nice and clean. Note that there is no dishwasher, although it wasn't a concern to us as we didn't really do any cooking except with the microwave, and it's easy to hand wash a few cups and plates. We wish there was a Keurig coffeemaker and/or a hot water pot, as the old drip coffeemakers never get the coffee or water very hot. I found it confusing to get communications from both VRBO and Expedia, so I wasn't clear on the check-in instructions a little confusing. The VRBO website says the host will send an email with specific check-in instructions other than the time of check-in and checkout; instead, the host put instructions in the My Trip section of one of the websites, which I did not realize that was where to look, and in many parts of northeastern Colorado, especially in the mountains, there is no wifi connection to be able to send queries on the day of check-in. I think it would help if the host could send an email at least the day before arrival with the instructions about how to access the front door."
