What a great stay! We were just in town visiting friends, and the hotel was a great base of operations, to rest, relax and regroup. Great vibe!

The room was awesome, however it was super hot in the upstairs bedrooms and it never cooled down even with the AC on for 12+hours, the downstairs was great though. Staff was friendly and they allowed for a late checkout which was very much appreciated.

This place was likely top of the line resort when it was first built. It's a bit dated, but worth the price. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Rooms and hallways could be cleaner. Beds could be updated. Great amenities on the property (pool, jacuzzi, fitness room, saunas). I would stay again.

Staff was great. You pay for what you get. This is an older property with some maintenance needs but seemed to be clean. Probably would not stay there again but I’ve definitely stayed at places that were way worse

The custom service was great once I was able to get someone on the phone. Ask the staff was amazing. The only thing was they dont have some one at the front desk 24/7 they do close for a certain period so make sure you plan ahead for early/late check in. As they do have lock boxes so you can still check in early/late.

The power went out last night in the hotel for hours and with no one on site we where left to wonder the dark halls at night to figure out what was going on. No on site staff in a large resort style hotel.

There is no soap. And the front desk has no soap. We weren't the only guests asking. So bring your own or you will have to squirt shower gel from the bath's dispenser Very stained carpets in corridor and room.

Check in was slow. The facility was very old, rustic is a good way to describe it (it looked better online than what it was). Soda cans and other garbage was still standing in the foyer from the afternoon before, and worst of all, the previous guests used towels were still hung up behind the bathroom door! As there was never anyone at the front desk, we just threw them on the floor by the sink area. Thankfully, we were only there one night.
