Great location, 10 minutes from Disney + the shopping village. Very convenient parking, of course elevators are available. Great room size, clean and beautiful. The curtains were also great because they do great at blocking out the light. Would stay here again!

However, it was a bit disappointing that the room temperature could not be adjusted, which affected our comfort during the stay. That said, I would especially like to commend William, who assisted us during check-in. He was extremely polite, friendly, and engaging. Later in the evening, when we were unsure about dinner options, I deliberately went back to the front desk to seek his help, and he was more than happy to assist us again. It is these small but thoughtful gestures that leave a lasting impression on guests. Staff members like William truly add value to the hotel experience and deserve recognition, pay rises, and promotion. "
