Lovely, spacious, clean & comfortable room, although the pillows were too hard for me. Friendly & helpful staff. Great choice for buffet breakfast, unfortunately marred by other guests, piling plates high or making packed lunches, in which case we & others were waiting for dishes to be replenished. The amount of food waste left on empty tables was at times totally obscene, but this of course, is not the hotels fault. The indoor pool did not feel heated at all, so we didn’t use. The shuttle buses should be more frequent during busy periods, packed in like sardines if you manage to get on, but again, this is not the hotels fault.

Hotel lobby was beautiful and shuttle service is great. Breakfast was basic but ok. Grounds so nice pool etc all good. People moan about the room being in need of new carpet etc but they were fine well cleaned etc just what you need if your going to Disney

Great base for Disneyland. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good , some areas showed signs of wear and tear but on the whole would return here if visiting Disneyland again. Shuttle service was good and although it was busy on the return evening journey from the park we still managed to get on a bus without too much waiting. All in all we were pleased with our choice of hotels

Great hotel overall. Pool is fun for the kids. Room was overall clean but seeing wear and tear; normal at Disney hotels they’re so busy. Breakfast buffet was the weakest but it got us fed before heading out for the day. Night buffet was overall a really good meal though not on the cheap side. Shuttle to the Disney park is great, just very busy! I’d recommend snd stay again for sure

Varied stay - the lobby is lovely but the scent is very strong! The rooms are a good size and very clean. Staff are nice and helpful whenever asked for assistance. The transportation to the park has improved from our last stay. The pool is cold and the changing area unpleasant, this along with the bathrooms don’t seem to have been updated when the rest of the hotel was and it shows. Breakfast is like a giant school canteen with one station, we experienced days when no fresh fruit salad was provided, croissants ran out and sausages were cold. There are warning signs about bringing in bags and food waste. Given the cost of staying here I think the hotel needs to take onboard that customers are paying for breakfast in a four star hotel and perhaps expect a level of service here. I would say that of the hotel choices on offer in the area outside the park, that are not Disney hotels this is the best option but the hotel could easily improve on the breakfast and pool area to improve customer stays.
