terrible noise all hours of the night. If you want a good nights sleep forget this place. there is no staff here at night people partying all night. there was blood and other bodily fluids on the comforter on my bed. I had them replace it. the patio is covered in grime and mildew gross. There was some nefarious type people coming and going. no sense of security. they advertised internet but there was NO internet available when asked about it they said ohh it was an outage never got internet. never stay here again for sure

There was no WiFi and no communication from the management even though I reached out to them several times. The place was smaller than expected, shower was super small. Someone who is more than 5’4” would not be able to stand up in the shower. Beds were ok but small.. Good thing is it was a 15 minute walk to Norte Dame and there are several little cafes and restaurants on the street!

Our 2nd time staying at Les Patios, we had a good stay. The location is excellent. We Love the bambooo lined walkways to get to the rooms. The rooms are Paris small, but totally big enough. The mini kitchen works. Everything went smoothly. In the late mornings there Were what we called door ears lol, lots of door slamming, not sure if it was cleaning staff or just people leaving, but it's not a big deal, and not early, like 11am. Dont expect a 5star with concierge service or something, but for a mini-apartment type room in Paris at this price it's a great little place we would recommend.

Well, the location of the property and the Little community garden is nice. The actual unit was very shabby and in need of updating. The unit was very dusty, we had blood on our sheets, and we found bedbugs in one of the beds. We also were never able to communicate with anyone via email the app or any other way to ask questions or concerns. I have traveled to 53 countries have been to Paris eight times and this was probably my worst experience.

Great location and great property. Note that for longer stays you would need to supply your own Nespresso pods and toilet paper as they only supply a small amount. It gives you a feel for the Parisian life style. Very close to the Metro, great dining option nearby as well as supermarkets. We enjoyed our stay tremendously

Very nice stay. Was walkable to everything we wanted to see. The stay was lovely and our sleeps were very enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again the next time we visit. (Was also super nice to have a kitchen)

we spent three nights and four days ar this place for the paris leg of our euro tour. we were shunning the big name hotels, preferring quaint little digs to get closer to the local feel. this fit the bill perfectly. very charming entry and walkway with cobblestone type path that lights up at night to welcome you, witjh hanging plants overhead. the place felt very secure even with the street outside that can get just a bit busy. btw, very nice croissant place just a few steps away. the apartment itself was very nice. there was a narrow spiral staircase which was very manageable for our family even with little kids. door opened with the code provided the day before. there was a queen bed in the only room, but the sofabwd is very useable and our kids like it. another chair can also fold out for smaller kids. there are two coffee tables which were placed end to end to serve as a dining table and it was.set with plates, water and wine glasses, and cutleries. there's a microwave, electric kettle, and a stove if you fancy using them instead of eating out all the time. wonderful basecamp and we'll rememner it with fondness for sure.

The courtyard was lovely and relaxing,the only thing i really liked. The staff was unprofessional,yelling at each other in another language and manager had a rude attitude. When i arrived at 3,room still took another 30 mins to get cleaned. In web,said nothing about floor damage near stairs,i hurt my foot many times getting around. Plus,notbing said about height of ceiling to floor in loft bdrm,im 5ft 3 and had a problem not to hit my head when going up to sleep.

I like the location. The apartment (Four by Four) was ok, but there is a lot of noise all day long, starting around 5 AM with garbage collectors, and ending around 2 AM with loud people walking on the street. Please note that the the apartment faces the street, and there is a bar just outside the windows. Not good for sleeping.

Badly bitten by bedbugs.

I booked three nights. After the first night, I had a few itchy red spots on my body. I thought it was mosquitoe bites. The next morning I woke up with multiple bites and I found out it was bed bug bites. I notified property owner and they said there are no rooms available for me to move and stay the third night. They said if we move out immediately, they would return the money. I wanted to cry. The bites are so itchy that impossible to tolerate. After I come back to Canada, I will contact hotels.com and expect full reimbursement for this torture.
