The room was super small, they wouldn’t clean the room or even bring towels, u had to go pick up towels yourself. Amazing location, walking distance to all the historic places, in the heart of old town. However for the money we paid, I expected better hotel and better services!

We stayed here for 5 days. Upon checkin we were informed that no service would be provided in the room. We could pick up towels from the comfort room and also sheets if we needed a change. We made our own beds! Other than that everything was fine.

From the moment we arrived to the hotel, we felt very Welcome. Especially the young lady who Checked Us (Sorry, I forgot to ask for her name). She was extremely pleasant & so patient with me. Since, I was totally jet lagged & not coherent. I love the free coffee they had available. The area was absolutely Brilliant! Close to restaurants, cafes & supermarkets. This a Good place to stay for the convenience. Thank You

As we were checking in, we asked for an upgrade for our room. We were charged for it, of course, and the price was acceptable. But when we got to the room, it was the exact same kind of room. We had to go through the trouble of getting a refund.

Great size room Paris, kitchenette was perfect size and well appointed. Very nice bathroom. Seems like the rooms were recently renovated? Location was great for subway and was walking distance to great shopping and restaurants. Staff were always very helpful! It is a very lively (noisy) area in the evenings but the courtyard room was surprisingly quiet. Overall, great value for central Paris.

This was so easy to get to, near so much especially restaurants for the evenings. The staff were very welcoming and able to answer any of our questions. The apartment was exactly what we needed, well maintained and clean. It was surprisingly quiet given how busy things get outside. We would definitely come back here again, a lovely way to celebrate our anniversary.
