Room keys wouldn't work because of constant "updating" but the outside rear door remained unlocked. Homeless folks were sleeping in the lobby and a deranged guy was talking to himself and screaming at imaginary folks for at least 8 hours. No ice, towels, coffee and water leaks were causing the ceilings to fall on the 1st and 5th floor.

The room was filthy. The carpets were not clean (debris). The coffee maker had a used pod inside. The microwave plate was covered in coagulated grease. The bathroom tissue box only had 2 tissues in it. We did not get there until 10 pm and had to be at the Cleveland Clinic by 7:00 am, so we just went to bed. If we had gotten there earlier, we would’ve wanted to use the hot , but was out of order! I never expected a Wyndham hotel to be this shabby!

Checkin was a problem. Didn't get the room requested and paid to protect my reservation. It was over 2 hours before we got checked in. It was unorganized. There was 1 person checking everyone in, reason it took two hours to get in a room. When we finally got a room 2 hours since most cleaning staff called off, The bathroom was filthy. The used soap was still in the shower and there was a ring of dirt in the tub. Some trash on the room floor,krunnrunning up and down the halls.

This was the worse experience I have had with any hotel over 50 plus years. I had reservations for 3 nights. I arrived at 2PM on day 1 and was told that early check-ins were not allowed and to return after 4 PM. This was on Valentines Day. When I returned at 5:45 PM, there were 23 customers standing in line to check in. This place only had one person handling the checking and one person that helped activate the door cards. No explanation was given to the customers waiting in line. The hotel was grossly understaffed. It took me more than 1.5 hours to get to the reservation desk to check in. I asked if there were computer issues and was told by the person working at the reservation desk that the hotel was fully booked and that the rooms were not ready. Think about this. The hotel was fully booked, meaning they knew they were going to be busy. The fact that the rooms were not ready before 6 PM shows incompetent management. The hotel also requires a mandatory $100 deposit which it holds for 3 days according to a sign at the front desk. The room I reserved was not ready, so I was given a different room. Once I got to the room I discovered there were no towels, washcloths, hand towels, or any other towels in the room. The deadbolt on the door did not work. The wood frame where the door chain is located was very loose and looked like it may have been forced open a few times with several poor-quality repairs. Fire alarm two times. Had to call the desk to ask if we should evacuate

The room looked clean but the sheets were stained and so were the pillow cases, they hair someone’s hair all over them. we stood in line for over and hour and a half just to check in. The building was leaking in the lobby, and in the food area. It was also leaking on the 5th floor. I was charged for incidentals 3 times and I informed them if it they did tell me the charges would fall off.
