Inoperable side doors. Burned out light bulb in bathroom, forcing me to change rooms. Inoperable elevators. Barely functioning shower. Only in Summit County there was an accident on the southbound as two employees working the entire property at my 7 PM check-in.

I believe she was the general manager her name is Ms. Lysa Young. I had not been able to see my family in a while she really made the experience so wonderful. I would also like to recognize a Mrs.Bobbi Tarner she was a wonderful housekeeper who was understanding when I explained that one of the siblings requires help with some needs and that I apologize in for having to do extra vacuuming some. And in true fashion of a veterans in customer service Bobbie and Lysa both having such great attitude and smiles by saying well if it's a few extra crumbs it was nothing that they could not handle. On a side note I had mentioned that I am supervisor for a large Hospital in charge of patient discharges with 19 EVS technician and and even though housekeeping it's very important that we are overlooked and so under depreciated same with customer service workers.In closing not only would be a returning guest at Wyndham of Independent but would highly recommend them. Keep up the great customers service

Liked the staff - almost everyone from maintenance to check in to dining room-- all were very pleasant, polite, wanted us to be comfortable.Good breakfast buffet. Rooms were clean, but bathroom obviously needs lots of work. No towel bars, no hook on bathroom door to hang something. The toilet seat is barely big enough for a child to sit on. Need to be replaced with the raised elongated toilet. Walk in shower would be better than a slippery floor tub. Also, the hot water needs to be adjusted. Right now the hottest is scalding hot. Someone could actually suffer 3rd degree burns if not careful. We know hotel is doing renovation, so hopefully these suggestions can be implemented while remodeling.

Stayed 4nights and had no room service. The room had a strong odor of cleaning products (my clothes smelled for my entire stay) but room was not clean. The Saturday night stay had people in the parking lot parting until after 4AM. The day I left there was a strong smell in the hallway of pot. Very unhappy with the stay. Would not book again.

The property is ok, maybe needs some maintenance in some areas sucha as the elevator, but nothing to worry about. The best asset are thier personnel, LISA in the front desk is super nice and is a delight to talk to her. She definitely deserve a rise!

Poor experience

The outside was nice, some of the inside is under construction, which is fine. The staff was excellent. There were bikers everywhere, which was fine, but loud. The problem was shady people... I saw some folks drop into the stairwell with a few 40's to party, one looked like a hooker. Then in my floor (and assume elsewhere), the fire alarm was going off (almost midnight), clearly someone was smoking weed, my whe floor and later room smelled of weed, it was really hard to sleep. From what I could tell, no staff or security did anything.

The property had just been newly acquired by wyndom, and much needed improvements were just starting. The price of the room reflected the conditions of this motel. I will not being staying here again!!!

The property is dirty. Check in was very poor with a 45 minute wait just to get to the one person working the checkin in line for several people checking in. The key card didn't work for the room and didn't work to get into any of the side entry doors. There was smoking in rooms that could be smelled throughout the hall. The shower floor was unsteady because it had peeled off of the bottom.

Complete Dump!

Extremely disappointed at the condition of the property. It is filthy, smells terrible, needs so much maintenance there is to much to list. One of the worst overall hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I would not stay here again and possibly not use Wyndham brands again due to this experience.
