I thought the hotel was nice, only a couple issues for me was, unable to get room cleaned during the 5 days we stayed due to their, only clean once a week policy. The front door leaked cold air but they are renovating so I’m sure that’ll be fixed eventually. Unfortunately had to hear people outside one evening until early hours but thankfully we just kept the fan on all night to drown them out. Overall, a nice stay. I’d stay here again.

I liked the convenience that the property was open 24 hours. I didn't like that we didn't receive any cleaning service for room or wasnt supplied with additional towels and wash cloths.

I didn’t know how to work the thermostat so when I called down they sent up the maintenance man, Joe I think, he came up within a minute and taught me how and made sure it was working and then even came back and checked to make sure it was working properly still. Very nice staff and very cute rooms. Would definitely stay at this place again!

Property is in shambles, our room despite looking clean ,to find out dirty sheets was placed on bed with what seemed to be a clean comforter, to finding BED BUGS on bed and sheets ,while room also reaked of a heavy smoker which they placed air fresher in to try and mask odor. P.s. we have photos to confirm!

The property is being updated, and upgraded but it was still a pleasant stay. Once the renevotaions are complete it will be that much better. Given the number of units on the property, and the expanse of the property, it would be more convenient, and practical to have more than one laundry facility, especially considering one washer, and one dryer (out of three each) was not operational.

It was decent

It was decent. The place was clean. It is in need of renovations. Things were missing in the room (hair dryer, TV remote, pillow was coming apart. ). They did fix all these problems. Breakfast was supposed to be a big breakfast, but with disappointment, the pans were all empty every morning. They only had waffles, cereal and yogurt.
