"Hi, I stayed for three nights. The good points: cleanliness, check-in/check-out, and location. The horrible points: the breakfast—there were no options, just scrambled eggs, and the omelets were poorly made (undercooked). The chef would get annoyed if you asked for extra ingredients, so I eventually stopped asking for anything else. There was no fruit, and if you wanted to make a salad, there was only lettuce—terrible. You’re better off eating outside the hotel; don't waste your money there. Also, I was stopped at the restaurant entrance because the name didn't match the room number; the receptionist made me go back up to my room to check the number, only for us to discover that the registration record itself was wrong. It was a really unpleasant experience."

"The Sofitel is a very good hotel, and had a good stay. Room was modern and comfortable, AC was quiet and breakfast was good. Workout area is a bit small if there are more than 3 or 4 people in the room, but very well equipped, Pool is very long, so if you want to actually exercise and do laps, it is one of the best I have seen. I did also like that hotel is plastic waste free as well. Overall, would definitely stay here again."

"Gorgeous hotel, classy and sophisticated. Staff very helpful and friendly, facilities were excellent and the gym was well equipped and cool. Breakfasts are superb - lots of choice between continental style or Asian and chef happy to cook to your preference. We'd happily stay again!"
