Awesome Hotel!

My wife and I travelled to Singapore to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We were impressed with the hotel from the moment we arrived. The location cannot be beat. Aslina, the front desk clerk made us feel welcome and congratulated us on our anniversary. She checked us into a room with a wonderful view of the city and sent up a slice of cake for our anniversary! We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back!

Great hotel in prime location if you want to be next door to Raffles, across the road from a great shopping centre snd food court, snd on the metro line from the airport.

We have stayed 3 times with you, but this room was not as good it was old need a up grade, I like the other part of the hotel, and the music was loud from across the road where the restaurant are, I had to put ear plugs in it went on until after 12 but overall was ok.

Arrived to check in 4:30pm - no non-smoking room available for the booking - and moved to twin bed (single business traveller) instead - which is not idea from bedding Also found a small cockroach crawling on the freshly made bed (got picture of it) which is also concerning

Loved how central the hotel is, walkable distance to raffle city, Chinatown and other places. Buses are easily accessible around the area also. Having a bathtub is a bonus. It’s highly recommended!

Lovely hôtel in a handy area

We had a lovely 24 hours in Singapore and the staff at Carlton Hotel were very helpful - even advancing us some cash when our taxi driver would only take cash, not a credit card. The only négative was that we asked for milk, and a power point adapter, neither or which appeared

I live on a floor above the 20th, yet I can still hear the loud "boom boom boom" of music from the street below. If you’re sensitive to noise while sleeping, I recommend bringing earplugs. I also requested a baby cot for my 1.5-year-old son, but I noticed that a plastic part at the top of the cot is rough and could potentially hurt him if he tries to climb out. I've covered it with a towel for safety. Great location with shopping mall surrounded, and walk to the MRT. Will come back in the future
