Room is quite clean. Water pressure in the shower is good. No bottled water given as there is a tap with filtered water at the sink. To switch off the lamps near the beds, the switches are on top while the switch for the desk lamp is at the side. 3 types of pillows in the pillow menu. No turn-down service. Bed is comfortable. Desk and chair are good for working. Nice environment as I can see the greenery out of the window. Soundproofing is a bit weak. Can hear your neighbours moving in and out of the room when their door is open although my door is closed. Staff at Lime Restaurant will take care of you. Good selection of breakfast. In-room dining menu is quite extensive. A 5-minute walk to Chinatown Point and from there, you can get to Chinatown MRT Station. From Exit A of Chinatown MRT Station, you can get Amacha (local herbal bubble tea) which is quite nice! Chagee also opened a store opposite. From there, walk down and you will see a famous Hindu temple. Turn right and walk down and you will get to Buddha Tooth Relic Temple. Very convenient!

This hotel is very much close to shopping and not far from the main attraction. My room is very clean, the outdoor pool and gym, both in very good condition. The staff are amazing and very helpful. Shoutout to Brent, he had been so helpful and accommodating in all the help and questions that was asked and need. I had a very relaxing stay. Will certainly comeback to this hotel.
