The shuttle driver was generally rude and especially to one passenger. He didn't help load the luggage, didn't believe me about having a reservation at the hotel, and was generally unhelpful. The hotel is rather shabby & dirty.

I really liked the customer friendly attitude of the staff. But the worst was the dirty and stinky bed. I felt the real bad sweaty bed. I had no options so i have to sleep on that dirty,sweaty and stinky bed.

I really didn’t care for the way I was treated during the check in process. I scheduled my check in time around 6:00pm. I was running late and I received an email stating I had to call the hotel and let them know what time I was checking in. The front desk clerk was rude and not very helpful. She answered the phone “Front desk”. I explained my situation and she really didn’t care. The gentleman who checked me in was helpful even though he answered a phone call. The shower has some hair in it before I used it. Plus the property seems an upgrade is needed.
