The view that was advertised was not what we received, we were put directly across from a brick wall with windows to where the people in the building across could see directly in so we had to keep the blinds closed the entire time. The whole reason we booked there was for the views that were advertised. The front desk staff was rude & not accommodating at all, when the Expedia employee called the hotel to try to help me the hotel staff hung up on her. Won’t be back.

The hotel was beautiful! However, they charged $200 a night for deposit, only to tell us they don’t do room service unless you stay 6 nights or more. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights and couldn’t get our linens changed or clean, wouldn’t clean our room at all. Then it’s $70 a night for parking and a ton of different fees. The hotel itself is nice though but it definitely had its cons.
