We stayed at Level the night before and after our Chicago City Hall wedding, and we had an amazing time. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They heard that we were getting married and sent champagne up to our room. It’s the small details that made our stay amazing. We didn’t bring our dog, but we loved that it is a pet friendly building. That is awesome!

I love all the Level locations but by far the Fulton Marketplace is our favorite. Mark @ front desk has the perfect customer service skills, assisted me & my family's needs diligently- he went above & beyond with upgrade & parking. Our stay was all around memorable & we will definitely be returning- mainly because of Marks on-point customer service, in his kind, calm & composed mannerism of professional customer service. Thank you Mark, we appreciate & can’t Thank you enough for everything you helped us with during our stay.

Property is nice and I loved the amenities. The walls were kind of thin so it did get loud at times. Most of the front desk staff including Parker are fantastic. The gentleman working nights was incredibly unhelpful and met basic requests with a “no” even though they were fully possible such as getting a parking spot or checking in the night before when I had extended my stay. This ended up costing me money and time. Otherwise, the property is great and the amenities are amazing
