Our room was quiet and comfortable. However, maid service was not provided until after we checked out. Also, 3 members of our group were stuck in elevators for about 10 minutes before the maintenance man helped get them out. An elevator mechanic did fix the problem. Grab and go breakfast was inadequate.

I like my double room it was very spacious for my daughter's sleepover, the only issue was my toilet was clogged up and the front desk or house keeping didn't have a plunger. To the management please go and buy plungers from Home Depot to have at your property, because I would've gave 4:stars but unfortunately because of the toilet I gave less stars.

When I arrived and tried to get into my room the door was already open which made me nervous as I’m travelling alone. Got locked out of my room because my keys wouldn’t work. When I contacted the front desk they said they would send someone up to check/help and I waited in the hallway for 45 mins, no one came. I went down to the front desk and they didn’t seem too worried when I expressed my concerns. There was a lot of noise and commotion on my floor all through the night with yelling, slamming doors, running down the halls. There were 4 lamps for lighting but two were missing lightbulbs so it was kinda dark. I’ve had better experiences with holiday inns before so this just surprised me. Like it wasn’t terrible, but wasn’t the greatest.

Not so friendly front desk person.

When I checked in, the desk was empty no one to tend, after like 8-10 someone came and he looked overwhelmed, was not friendly at all and did not provide receipt, I was charge more than what I had originally made the reservation for. Other than that the hotel is the best ! I think just better customer service so it matches the installation.

If you been to any other holiday inn then you can tell this one is better than a lot of them. It’s next to car dealerships so very quiet with plenty of parking spaces. Room is wide and comfortable to stay.
