Great and beautiful property but limited or under staffed. Bellmen/Bellstand person was hardly ever at the storage post and I had to call hotel operator multiple times to get access to my luggage. Front desk staff was very nice howvever was very light for 3 days at 100 capacity; made check in and check out a lengthy process.

It was just okay. Was surprised of the $124 parking cost upon arrival.(2 days) The receptionist was professional and did offer us free water and warm cookies which was a cute perk. The rooms were average and on the small side. There weren’t many modern amenities such as convenient usb ports for charging. The bathroom was rather outdated and didn’t have a fan! So the mirror was totally fogged up and created a full ceiling of water droplets that would drop on your head from above for the next couple hours. It was pretty irritating. The tv channels were limited and old school. My son enjoyed using their gym and it seemed nice. Overall, I wouldn’t refuse to stay there again, but I would look elsewhere next time.

I stayed three nights at this hotel and I had absolutely nothing to complain about. Everything worked out amazingly great. Clean, quiet, comfortable accommodation at a centrally located part of the city to access all the great things Chicago can provide. The staff are polite and friendly but some of them are really awesome and very helpful, especially "the concierge" situated next to the reception area. They will go to any length to help you get the best of experience of the hotel and the amenities, enjoy the surrounding area and the city at large. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I visit Chicago and recommend it everyone.
