No we had to change rooms because the TV wasn’t working and the staff at the front desk was very rude then we changed rooms and the heat or air wasn’t working people were very loud and running in the hallways all night it wasn’t a good trip for me on Valentines Day weekend it was suppose to be all love in the atmosphere but not there at all 😢

The room was fairly clean except for the bathtub and shower. The shower head had some mildew or mold on it that I wiped off. Housekeeping was gone at 5pm and the front desk would not give anything to disinfect it. The bathtub had a leak that has been going so long there is a major calcium buildup in the tub. The room phone only works if you hold the cord at the wall plug and the tv has a bad plaid burn in on it making it unpleasant to watch. The hallway smelled of pot. The beds were clean, the room smelled good and there was a generous number of outlets. The price was very low and the place was quiet. A good budget stay. One last warning...we had a flight at 5:35, and the shuttle and breakfast both start at 6. So be careful.

It took 2 hours to check in. My room has cockroaches, called the front desk and the only person working, state there is no one who can helped and there is no more rooms. I asked to talk to the manager the manager is not available I was given an email to reach her and after couple weeks she never replied. I didn’t get my money back. I have videos and pictures of the dirty mattress, mole on the bathroom and a lot of cockroaches.. running around.

Room was dirty. Hallways filthy. Shower broken. Called for Shuttle was told not running due to the weather but saw many other hotel shuttles and buses running. Was told we would get a refund for taxi but when asked at desk was told they do not have cash for refunds. Then was told to call front desk on Monday was told at that time they did not need to refund due to the weather and hung up on me. Would understand if the roads were shut down but it was only 3 inches of snow in this area. If driver is not experienced they need to get a new one. Make not in your services provided that service available at there discretion God forbid you get a little snow

All La Quintas are definitely not created equal! While the staff was friendly and accommodating, the facility itself is VERY run down- stained carpet, peeling paint, etc. Also, the van only ran once per hour to the airport- unacceptable in my opinion for an “airport hotel.” I only stayed for one night, and while my room was quiet and linens seemed clean- I will stay somewhere else next time.

Room was substandard for La Quinta and Windham brands. Door knob only worked if it was pulled up, didnt work down. Expedia make the hotel look much better online than when we got there. This put a lot of stress on my relationship.

No clean, hotel needs to improve its shape and there is strong smell to weed. Beds are old and not confortable at all. Sorry to say this but they need to invest on this hotel to improve it
