Severe unhealthy black mold, disgusting carpets, unpleasant animal smell, broken fixtures and vanities. Experienced two room moves. Where is the health department!!!! Owner should be forced to sell and LaQuinta has now been brand shamed!

Staff was a bunch of kids. Had issues with my key card several times. Had to bring it down to be reset at the lobby. Rooms were clean but the mattress was old with a big dip in the middle. Common areas of the hotel are dingy and dirty. Pool was close because someone crapped in it. Would’ve been nice to have a discount for that because I planned on cooling off as it was 100 degrees outside that day. Will not be staying here again.

I had to make an adjustment to my reservation and they were very helpful. My room was very nice and clean. The only thing that I noticed was that the carpet in the hallway could use a little cleaning and some of the employees only doors needed to be painted. I enjoyed my stay.

Needs renovating

This property needs renovating. Everything is old and beat up. When I got there air was out in the lobby. Tv was sporadic and only worked when room light was on. Carpet covered with stains. Pool was closed. Bathroom fixtures were cracked and badly worn. I also didn’t know they allowed pets.

We were greeted by three police vehicles at the front door, no air conditioner in the lobby/breakfast just fans and air blowers. By the way the elevator is broken, the pool is close, the gazebo is blocked with yellow tape and no hot water (2) days. Not to mention that the room keys never worked when we got back to the room, we waited 50 minutes to get our keys to work and I was called rude. We never saw the housekeeper, we went to the laundry room to exchange the towels. The hallway was filthy and smelled like sour milk and the stairs like urine. You should not advertise and sell any of this garbage to anyone.

No hot water for all the days I was there. Lobby and entrance were disgustingly dirty, some guys vehicle got broken into. The hallway’s carpet is full of mold and room had roaches.

The lobby and hall is dirty the hot water was not working when I checked in and they knew it. I checked in at 9 PM. No one told me that they had someone in there that day working on the hot water. I went to my room to take a bath after working 16 hours that day no hot water I was told to let it run for 10 minutes because they were working on it earlier that day. No hot water. I went to bed woke up the next morning. Still no hot water I was supposed to stay another day but of course because they had no hot water. I wanted to leave. I also wanted a refund but I was told being that I stayed the night. I could not get a refund. I came in at 9 PM and I checked out around 9 AM. Paid for two nights. They canceled one night. I had no hot water. I didn’t get a discount or a refund.

I never got my room. I was hit with a 100 deposit which almost double the price of the room. They could not process my business card for the deposit. There was glass all over a parki g spot signifying that there had been a break in. There are at least four cameras that dont work. All in all it is not what is advertised. That was my problem.

Saw ants around breakfast food area. I also saw a big cockroach in a hallway. Carpet was very soiled and dirty. One of stairs ways smelled urine.There was no hot water during our stay, so we couldn't take a shower..Bed was very squeaky and sagging in the middle. Waffle batter dispenser was not working properly. Coffee at the ding room has lots of coffee grounds. Pool was closed and closed off gazebo. We felt like the hotel was worth my money. It was one of the worst hotels I stayed. I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers.
