"Great hotel and super convenient location! From the map it looked further away from the center than it really is. It’s actually at the beginning of where the main walking streets are. Great food at LOA and plenty of other options all around. Also bus stop right outside!"

"It was relatively clean, staff was polite but short, location was great. I was a bit disappointed that the balcony was not private and had a stair leading down to the street, that made me feel slightly unsafe and was not mentioned in the listing. The sheets and duvet cover also had old stains and hair on them, and two out of three times we talked to staff they seemed annoyed that we bothered them, even tho we were quiet and respectful. The room often had a smell like sewer that we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. One other thing that was kind of annoying was the lack of good blackout curtains, which made a huge difference when the sun only set for about an hour. It seemed like we paid far more than what it was worth. It wasn’t terrible, but also wasn’t great."

"The hotel was in a perfect and central location for my brief few night stopover in Iceland. Hotel staff was courteous and helpful, breakfast was good and their bar/restaurant was a nice place to enjoy a beer. Only complaint would be the size of showers as I believe our cruise ships we have sailed in recent years were more spacious. Minor complaint and would stay here again."

"There were dishes left in the dishwasher that were not clean. Explaining all the different properties and the fact that you have to park to get a room key would be something the listing should say. Parking was a big issue as there were no open spots many blocks from the property. The room was nice and the front desk staff was also great. "
