Spa was great. Room 430 was amazing. Breakfast was pretty good. Clean. Expensive like every where else. Some staff are great other like they live where the sun doesn't shine. But that is the people in general. Mix of very friendly and a little glum

This isn't too far from the main bus terminal where we caught some tours. Approx 10-15 min walk. We could also walk to Perlan. It's not the most centrally located but if you can walk you can walk to downtown. Took us approx another 15 min. from the main bus terminal. It was very cold so dress warm especially if you are going to walk. We did not take advantage of the breakfast. We just grabbed some food at the bus terminal. There is a small grocery mart about a 5 min. walk from the hotel. I am still disappointed that they do not have a free swimming pool but we dealt with it. The pool is around $30 per person to use.

This hotel was good. The only issue I had was they had to many events when it came to dinning. So I didn’t really get to enjoy the buffet. Other than that the staff was nice and the hotel was good, clean, had a gym, sauna, a little shopping shop and a restaurant. Very convenient to avoid going outside if the weather is bad.

Great location just outside city centre but easy walk in. Hotel including room very clean and staff excellent. Bar food affordable but buffet breakfast and dinner quite steep. Easy pick up point for tours and from bus station. Finally the Perlan centre is just opposite and was amazing.

The Natura was a good hotel, the rooms were comfortable and clean. There was ample parking and it was a short 1 km walk to the cathedral and the downtown. It was also close to roads for travelling in and out of Reykjavik
