Very Accommodating
Super friendly and helpful staff, eclectic lobby, snug but well made up room. Arrived on an overnight flight, was able to sort out my bags and check in to be able to enjoy the full day without lugging things around.

The guy at reception who checked us in was very friendly and helpful, very nice guy! Hotel was in a great location and clean, only complaint was there was very loud music blasting outside from the nearby bars until about 2am, not the hotels fault and they do provide earplugs and eye masks.

We spent a week in Reykjavik and are so happy we chose City Center Hotel. It's a small boutique hotel in the heart of the city and the staff is just exceptional. We will definitely stay here again given the opportunity to visit Iceland again. Hopefully the bar will be open soon and it will provide even more amenities. The only thing I would recommend is to get rid of the bathtubs. The one in our room was treacherous and the small glass door did not stop water from going all over the floor. I fell out of the tub onto the hard tile the first day. Other than that, kudos!
