Staff were very kind. They honored my request to receive a top floor. The room was clean and cozy. Breakfast was delicious. A lot of variety was available. The convenience of the hotel location was nice as well. It was far enough from the loud club/bar areas, but close enough walk (~10mins) when we wanted to go. We especially loved how close we were to Sandholt and Braud & Co. Both cafes were phenomenal and offered delicious food, pastries, coffee and tea. Thank you! We would stay again.

Great hotel location, close to shops and many restaurants. The entire staff was warm and friendly, and would do whatever they could for you. The reception staff was fantastic, literally. Arrived on early morning flight at 8AM, and they gave us a room for an early check in, which was great. Ivan was great, and caring for the guests.

The hotel was really well placed on the location front. We were a short walk away from the main centre and the bus station, yet in the heart of all the bars and restaurants. The hotel was lovely and clean and the staff were very helpful with any questions we had. The breakfast was also fantastic and set us up nicely for our days of sight seeing.
