This hotel was fabulous, the staff could not do enough to make your stay exceptional, on the morning we left we had to get the bus to the airport at 5.30 am and they made sure there was coffee and croissants in the lobby for you, would not hesitate at staying here again

Great option in Reykjavik
Value for money in Reykjavik. The hotel was perfect for us and ideally located if you have a car as there is a free car park just across the road. We loved it, the breakfast could be better but for the money it's acceptable. The staff on reception were all very helpful, rooms clean, comfortable and warm. Reception, bar and restaurant area all really nice too. The bakery upstairs was a nice touch for a little treat.

We loved the Grandi hotel, good location, 10 mins walk to downtown Reykjavik & right on the harbour. Hotel has a great bar & the staff are all really helpful. Most definitely recommend!

The staff members at the reception desk were friendly, helpful, and professional. We arrived early but Clara at the reception desk ensured that we check in early so we can rest! Clara showed us weary travelers the kindest hospitality in Iceland, especially after arriving at the Reykjavik in the aftermath of a volcano eruption!

This is a beautifully stylish and cosy hotel with wonderful staff who were so friendly and ready to help with all our requests. We really enjoyed our VIP Access perks - the delicious sweet treats and free drinks were a lovely touch.
