Very nice place

Everything was great! Staff was very friendly, breaking was good, location is good, they have a great spa that we were not able to use. My only concern my the mattress, a little out of update in my opinion. Everything else was perfect.

The room was clean, but quite tight for 3 people. The complimentary drinks & cakes were unexpected & a lovely welcoming touch. We stayed here 2 nights & would stay again. Only 10 minute walk to centre, but close to harbour & all the restaurants there.

Really lovely hotel and sweet staff! Spa was so nice, and the location was convenient. We found free parking nearby and all the surrounding restaurants were very yummy. We had a lovely view from our balcony! A cat named mango made several appearances which was such a bonus.

Room was clean & large enough For a family of 4. It has refrigerator, kettle with coffee/tea choices, hair dryer, iron, 2 chairs & small table. It has black Out curtain as well. The spa area was great place to relax. It has 2 big hot tub, sauna, lounging area with firepit in the middle. Bathrobe, slippers & towels were. Provided in the spa room. You need to book an appointment to use the spa at the front desk & get your locker room key from them. Parking was through street parking which is a bit difficult to find especially at night. You pay parking at P2 rate using Parka or Easy Park app. Location was about 20 min from main reykjavic attractions so we drove & parked by Hallgrimskirkja church (also P2) and walked around. Bonus grocery store is 5min walk from hotel & there are restaurants nearby. We had seafood at Seabaron (about 7min walk), portion was big & yummy!

Best buffet breakfast! A challenge to find street parking. Very comfortable accommodation and friendly staff. Good choice of nearby restaurants if choosing not to eat at the hotel.

Staff were brilliant, rooms were clean and lovely and the spa was so good. Happy that we added the spa onto our room daily. Restaurant and bar were great too. Prices for booze very high, but that is typical in Iceland. I would recommend this hotel for sure!

The front desk team is amazing! They are so helpful with recommendations and bookings. The rooms are clean and the size you need for a holiday. There were 6 of us (2 in each room) and they were super accommodating at putting our rooms right next to each other. We had the spa access with our stay and I highly recommend it, as it’s so nice and relaxing after long days of walking. The blackout curtains in the rooms are the best! The location was amazing for us for what we wanted to do. There’s a grocery store (bonus) a quick 5 minute walk (we got all of our breakfast stuff there). It’s a 10-15 minute walk to the downtown area. We spent our first few days right by the hotel (lots to eat and see). Then the last few days made our way to downtown to sightsee and for later night eats. Heads up there is no air conditioning in Iceland and the rooms do get warm on the warmer days.

First time visitor. Property was great, they seemed to remember small details about us and we did see a lot of the same faces during our stay. They accommodated every ask, and also provided advice on transportation one early morning. Bus stop #15 is very close by and convenient for tour pick up.

The hotel is very clean and in a good location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We needed to make a room change once we arrived and they were able to accommodate that. It was quite hot and the rooms are not air-conditioned so they also provided us with a fan for each room. The breakfast buffet is excellent.
