Parking can be challenge. It’s on a gravel lot that you need to walk to from the hotel. Room is not huge but clean and upgraded. Breakfast is good, an excellent variety of selections. This was the first and last hotel we stayed in Iceland, we will definitely come back again!

Overall property is fantastic and perfectly located for walking around downtown with kids. Close to grocery stores and attractions. Studio-6 room was perfect for family of 4. Be aware that these rooms sit just below sidewalk level facing towards the street, and can somewhat get warm and stuffy in the summer (no central air in Iceland). Opening the windows brought in cool air, but also noise from the street. Overall we would definitely book this hotel/room again - but bring a small plug-in fan.

Stayed here post cruise. Great location. Comfortable bed. There is a little restaurant and bar on location. We had hamburgers and fish n chips. All were good. Lots of things to do, locally, or take a tour ( we used Viator.) Would definitely use this hotel again.

Great place to stay on the harbor just a short walk down to the main shopping area and attractions downtown. I really nice quaint neighborhood across the street has a corner market. And the restaurants and coffee shop right outside are great.

The hotel breakfast is a great option and you canʻt beat the close proximity to the city center. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Very convenient to the cruise terminal BUT

Lack of room service was an issue for this supposed 4 star rated property but not a major issue. Friendly front office staff. Food at dinner was surprisingly good, but the breakfast was fair. Pancakes were cold, sausages of poor quality but good coffee and fruits.
