"This is the oldest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. For a 4 star hotel, I expect the rooms to look like the renovated pictures but most of the rooms are very outdated and mold stains everywhere. Location was good though."

We wanted something clean and modern because we expected to be in need of somethi9ng like that at the end of a tour of Italy. Everything was good, if a little inconvenient (but we new that when we booked it .. modern utilities in the heart of Venice is a very expensive exercise). Everything was good but one thing quietly bugged us was the fact that to room came with nothing. No tea or coffee or anything like that. There wasn't even a pen in the room! Everything you had to go downstairs for and pay extra. You even had to pay to have your bags stored, which I have never seen before. I still would rate it highly though but 4.5 stars if I was honest."
