"We stayed in this beautiful 3-bedroom apartment in Venice as a group of five ladies and had a very enjoyable stay overall. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with thoughtful extras including slippers, a coffee machine, coffee, tea, and a couple of bottles of water in the fridge. There was also a water fountain on the property, which was convenient. The beds were comfortable, the building appeared newly renovated, and having an elevator was a bonus. Communication through WhatsApp was excellent, with quick responses and easy check-in instructions. The area felt quiet and safe, with restaurants nearby and transportation within a 5–10 minute walk. The apartment also arranged a private water taxi to Marco Polo Airport for €185 for 5 people with 6 pieces of luggage, which picked us up directly at the apartment. The location was good, although Venice was challenging for us to navigate at first. As 5 older women who weren’t very confident using Google Maps, we got lost a few times, but the kindness of local people who helped us became a memorable part of our experience. The only issue we experienced was with the shower, as water spilled onto the bathroom floor despite our efforts, and I mentioned this at checkout. My only suggestion would be regarding the welcome, as everything was professional and efficient, but I personally did not feel a particularly warm welcome. This may simply be a cultural difference. Overall, this is a lovely, clean, comfortable place."

"24hr check in was very helpful when our flight was delayed. Good air conditioning, nice buffet breakfast - mostly continental but even had some beans for beans on toast! 😁 Helpful, friendly staff, great location for getting the shuttle bus from Marco Polo airport (20 mins transfer time), and drops you a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Would stay again."

"The building and decorations are fantastic, the cleaning team wa excellent, the reception team was too cold, I didn't feel welcomed by them. Perhaps was the language barrier. The room we stayed had fried oil and food smell all the time, but it was clean and the A/C was fantastic."
